I am giving this office and the doctor 5 stars although this was our first visit. I took my daughter to see Dr. Kern. I arrived an hour earlier to my appoint. My own mistake. We did wait maybe close to half hour after our scheduled appointment time, but the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The doctor was very thorough and showed great bedside manner. Sometimes a little wait is not too terrible if you know the same attention will be given to you once you are called in.
What a wonderful place! Dr. Kern is very knowledgeable and has an incredible bedside manner. Sandra was so patient with our little one and was just an absolute joy to be around. The front desk staff were also helpful and super pleasant. It's not a fun visit bringing your infant to a cardiologist but they kept our emotions balanced and seem to work beyond well as a team! Thank you for going above and beyond for us and most importantly, our little one :)
Sorry but this review is for their Medical biller! Janet send me a bill that was 2 years ago and she's been lying that she try to file it and it was denied by my insurance but no there's no record that she filed it and it got denied. After that she's saying that she tried to call my number but no one answered and she thinks that I have changed my Number. It's so obvious that she is Lying. FIRST OF ALL JANET IF YOU ARE reading this I have never changed my number and you NEVER try to call me!! Do your job right and dont be lazy! I'm lucky because my insurance will cover it even if it is after almost 2 years already!!
The staff are terrible. They don't respect your time or communicate like they should. Not nice and don't respect your time. Every time I come with my 3 year old we need to wait for an hour waiting outside and no one cares. When asked they're really unpleasant. They shouldn't book appointments if they can't make the time scheduled
Dr. Kern is amazing!!! He took care of my twins very well and I can certainly depend on him and his team!! Great experience!!
