My father saw this doctor and was sent home. That same night he went to the ER, and less than 24 hours after his visit with Terrance Lee, he tragically passed away. In my experience, this doctor was terrible. He was unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive. I personally felt he did not treat my elderly father with the care and respect he deserved but rather kept exploiting him. In my opinion, I would never recommend him to anyone ever under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs. EDIT: Look at this generic response... You're sorry to hear about my experience and are going to make things right? That's a little too late, no? SMH... EDIT 2: It's been weeks. No one has ever followed up.

This review is all about my previous visit and experience. Just like other posted review, I also had the same issue-waiting, waiting and more waiting to see the doctor..... The average wait in this office is anywhere from 45 minutes to more than a hour. On one other previous visit, I had to leave this office before I see the physician. I just couldn't wait for Dr. Lee any more- I have a job, I have to work so I can make a living. This physician has no respect to their patient's time. If anyone want to this physician, please take a day-off and don't get upset if you don't see him immediately.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE unless you have nothing better to do than waiting in the office for 1hour and 30min. Receptionist voice is very loud and annoying. All she says is to wait. I do not understand why they even take appointments when you have to wait 1hr and 30min !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer's time is important!!!!!!
