So far, our appointment that we had today was very nice and quick. The nurse Emily (hopefully I spell it correctly) was just very sweet, kind and helpful. She explained our doctors appointment well and checked us in swiftly. We also appreciate Dr. Plauka, who is very patient with us and thoughtful. We described why we were here and he was very nice in helping us. Thank you!

The waiting time is extremely long. We arrived at the facility 15 min before our appointment and waited at the lobby where I literally fell asleep waiting for almost one hour. When our names were called we were led to another inner lobby where we waited for another almost an hour. My husband had to ask how much longer because it was almost 3 hours. The staff said, "In a little while". She was nice, but it didn't address the issue. The patients' vitals were checked at the inner lobby, no wiping of equipment or whatsoever; I have not observed anyone do hand washing. Our BP and heart rate were fine when we arrived, and it looked like they are elevated after this visit.

The New Facilities are Extremely Nice, I went for an Appointment and there was hardly a wait, However Front desk girl was not clear on a Regular Patient office visit charge, which I found quite odd, I have Insurance but it's 80 - 20 split. So I asked how much is to talk & see the doctor for refills, and check up plus details of upcoming Covid 19 vaccine. Nothing Really New going on and She could not give me how was my 20% fee going to be. The lady who does the Billing in Linden is very nice and very helpful but a Dr. Visit is a Dr Visit how could your staff not know how much is my 20% unless they are doing funny business on Billing. You guys need better Billing Procedures or I need another Doctor...

If you're looking for a serious cardiologist office then look elsewhere. The equipment is severely outdated. The office seems to have staffing and training issues i.e. half the ECG electrodes weren't attached while attempting to perform, had a front desk staff performing my stress test. After multiple appointments, I never saw a specialist in sight, so not even sure if they have one staffed in the Elizabeth office. Don't risk your health any further by going to this office as they'll not provide you any real solutions.
