Dr. Jasjit S. Walia

Over 20 years as a patient when a great cardiologist becomes a business man, but this is not about Dr Walia, this is about the nasty unprofessional billing dept, obviously the theory if you can breath you're hired.

I just love dr. Wali's he is honest very upfront and definitely shows concern when it comes to his patients and will send you for every test in the world to get to the root of the problem that you might have concerns about and are facing. I have been a patient for three years now I go to nj heart for all medical care primary and specialist pretty much a one stop shop of doctors. I love it because the records are there all my medical needs are met in one place my home of doctors.

I need to share this review because I am upset , I'm literally in tears of how awful I was treated by Christian "supervisor". My mother has been getting varicose vein ablations. She had one not so long ago by Dr. Walia. My mother suffered a pulmonary embolism that almost killed her. My mom still has DVT in her legs and she is currently in the hospital. She was in ICU for two days and had an emergency Pulmonary Embolectomy. This clot put a lot of strain in her heart. I called the office and this young gentleman named Christian answered and I told him what was going on and I wanted to leave Dr. Walia a message so he's aware about what's going on and maybe he can order some further testing to make sure everything is well. This guy didn't ask me much but told me to call later bc his system was down. Three hours later I called and the same guy answered. I explain everything again and told him my mom is in the hospital and that she almost died and I would like to leave a message for the doctor. To begin with , he was extremely rude !! He can care less because it's not his mother or family member!! He didn't even ask my mother's name or anything. He told me you need to speak to the doctors in the hospital and I repeated my self that Dr. Walia is the doctor who had done all these procedures to my mom and I would like to speak to him . He told me I can't speak to the doctor because I'm not the patient , then I repeated to him that my mom is in not in good condition and we would like to see if the doctor can help us see what's the best decision being that she is not out of the woods yet and she still has large clots in her legs DVT. He told me to pretty much figure it out that was not his problem, he even laughed and put me on hold and nobody answered my call. Don't take a job if you don't like it , if you can't help your own patients you should be fired ! This shouldn't be how people are treated when they call for help . I really hope this facility takes care of him and I pray and hope that one day his mother doesn't go through this and he has to advocate for himself to help his mother's life and then runs into a person so heartless like him ! Thank you to the young lady that later took my call and asked for my mom's information and helped me out. But Christian shouldn't be in this office

I am very sorry to say this, but the office in Elizabeth. The staff are very disrespectful and terrible service. When someone needs to get a procedure done, they have to call the same dayand not knowing what they are doing very upset. That's why I give a ten and more for Linden office I like it better than Elizabeth office.

Staff is amazing. Service is of great quality! Diana and Olivia are legitimate lifesavers and are assets to the community and represent the company well to the highest levels!
