Not organized and it's a very much long wait . Not every day is bad but today it is. My appointment was for 1:15 and it's 2:04 and i have yet to be seen.

They have a super friendly staff here and I was extremely pleased with the service. I don't like visits to the doctor because I can get very nervous but they made me feel super comfortable and right at home. A+ service!

Very disappointed in the way they are organized. To be honest they aren't organized at all. They ask you to be there at a specific time and have over a 2 hour wait. My grandfather has been there 4 times waiting for them to finish an exam that was cut short because the technician couldn't finish it because she was tired... Had another appointment and they claimed she left early. Went today and now the excuse was that the cable for the machine was missing. Really is that the patients fault. NO! Very unacceptable...

Very friendly staff members but when ever you come for an appointment there is always a long wait until you are seen. I always come 20-30 min early and yet it is still 45 min after my appointment when I am first seen.

Appreciate the staff here. The office strategies seem a little dated and the wait was ridiculous. I ended up leaving this office due to the long wait. What's the point of an appointment if I'm waiting for over an hour and no one is saying anything to me? I rescheduled my echo for Irvington office and here I am waiting... for almost an hour! This is ridiculous.
