This place is a joke. Front office doesn't know or care what they are doing. Very rude and nasty. It's been two months I'm waiting for a test result still didn't get it. They made me schedule two phone call appointments just to get the results but never call back. I never heard any doctor's office make a phone call appointment to give the test results. What a way to get the money from insurance. Kind of scam. Don't recommend to anyone. Unfortunately can't give zero star. Stay way from this harassment.

Maybe the drs are fantastic but the scheduling department leaves a lot to be desired. I made an appointment to see Dr. Tawfiq for a person who doesn't drive and doesn't have a working phone. We got there to the appointment 15 minutes early to find out the appointment had been moved to 8.30 that same morning with a different Dr. NOBODY call me to verify or in that respect ask whether we could keep that appointment. Considering that I am the contact number and they had called me to Inform me Dr Shridar had called to request that appointment I find it really disturbing that nobody called or notified of that change. It's not right to play with peoples time that way. I am a busy person not to mention intelligent person reasonable enough to know I couldn't keep up an appointment at top time of the day. At this moment I am very frustrated and annoyed.

My mother is in the hospital under there care and they don't even have the respect to call her family to discuss her condition and I have called 3 times and left messages with the nurse twice. This is unacceptable and my mom is 83 and forgetting things and I cannot see her because they are not letting anyone on the floors at Monmouth Medical. If i can't see her at least have the respect to call the family as we know there is something that needs to be discussed. Not happy at all and they only got a star because I couldn't post it without checking a star.

I've been going there for about nine months, and I have to say I've never had a problem. Staff is excellent and Dr panchal is the best, saved my life Keep doing what your doing doc
