Many thanks to the great and brilliant Dr. Maryam Wassef for caring and following up with me after performing a surgical operation to implant ICD DEVICE, with my wishes for her success

I'm seeing lots of she listened with care but I didn't feel that she really actively listened to me at all. Kept cutting me off when I was speaking. The staff is not good, that seems to be the ongoing theme for doc offices inside of hospitals. I scheduled an appointment for a procedure that didn't get done and nearly a week later, I'm still waiting for another appointment. I was referred to this doctor by my current cardiologist, I'm going to call him back and ask for another one. I took a day off of work and everything to prepare for a useless appointment. Such a waste of time.

Dr. Wassef is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and pleasant. She takes time to listen and does not rush you. She explains the condition and the tests that need to be done clearly. I was very worried about my heart condition. She said, "Do not worry." One step at a time. Let's do the tests to see what we need to do next. Her calm demeanor and pleasant attitude calmed me down and made me feel optimistic. Her staff are pleasant and helpful, too. Especially Josephine, who expedited my appointment. Dr Wassef is amazing. I highly recommend her.
