I have only seen Dr Tawfik twice and had a good experience with him overall. But his office staff needs to learn how to treat human beings with respect. Some of the office staff just doesn't seem to care about a patient's feelings. You would think that anyone who works in an office where the doctors care for the heart, they could have a little bit more compassion. I wasn't sure about leaving a review, but then I saw the other reviews stating similar experiences about the office staff. I will no longer be a patient here even though Dr Tawfik has a good reputation.

I met Dr Tawfik- for the 1st time last week.. I was there for a comprehensive leg ultrasound Doppler.. And was extremely impressed that Dr Tawfik took an extended amount of time- to let me explain my concerns.. fears... and family history. He put me at ease ..reduced my stress level.. and showed genuine concern for my well-being .. ALL was thank G-d fine .. and I want to thank him and his wonderful staff including Debbie and Jess for their time and understanding!!!
