While the doctor was kind, the one office manager has been very unprofessional and rude. Tried to get lab results she refused to give them over email and said I had to get in person. Refused to provide information regarding lab used, etc. They also did an ECG scan which is not covered for most annual checkups. Im not looking at a bill for almost $400 for a test i didnt ask for and was unnecessary. I would go anywhere else to avoid this office manager, she was horrible

Dr James Amato Sr has been my primary doctor since 1993 and he's one of the best in the business. One of the few doctors who still care about his patients and not about how much money he can make off them.

This Dr office is TRASH. They are extremely incompetent And not worth the time. Anne is rude and is willing to put her career on the line for her incompetent ride staff. They do not know how to accept accountability. If you care about your health then go somewhere else. I beg you.

Two days straight, no answer during business hours. Absolutely terrible already. In order to be taken serious about assisting me with the management of my health - as a first time patient this doesn't look good. You first have to answer the damn phone. Sheesh!

I used to be a patient years ago and was thinking about going back but the office manager is mean and nasty. No thanks!
