Dr. Scheiner is so great! Been going to this practice for close to 10 years and they listen and care. Only downside is appointments and if you need to reschedule you're out of luck for a quick turn around. But that's everywhere now.

It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone in the East Brunswick office. It just rings and rings when you press 1 to make or change an appointment. I went here once with my husband and the dr interrupts you all of the time and just seems supers rushed.

If they can't even pick up the phone to schedule an appointment, you probably don't want to trust them with your health.

NEWEST UPDATE! it's been over a year and still haven't heard back from the Dr, I obviously went elsewhere but I feel others should know how this office operates. UPDATE: It's been nearly 7 months and have yet to get in touch with the Dr or even a phone call back after trying about every week at first, then every other week and got nothing, DO NOT go here Getting in contact with the Dr is nearly impossible, I've been waiting nearly 3-4 weeks to hear back on my results for what I should next (he received my results weeks ago) and I've called multiple times with the same answer, IF someone answered, "he's not in today but I'll be sure to leave a message". It's extremely frustrating because it shouldn't take weeks to hear from the Dr and I'm just trying to figure what's next to move forward with this, but I can't seem to get an answer which is extremely unprofessional.

I was such a pleasure being seen by Dr Emily Hiltner. She was very attentive, caring and compassionate. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. As well the general public that may come across this review. The front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming. They didn't do anything wrong, they just was very basic.
