Today in speaking with the front desk, I experienced the unprofessionalism and disagreeable attitude mentioned by other reviewers. I called with a simple question -- i.e., may I speak to a nurse by the name of X? But the rude individual who answered the phone was unhelpful and difficult. This person could have simply told me that the nurse about whom I was inquiring was at a different location and her phone number is X. But instead, this person not only was unclear in her communications to me, but made me have to try to ask different questions in order to try to clarify what she was attempting to convey. This person even argued with me at length about the spelling of the nurse's name (hint: just look at the nurse's official Valley Health profile) Your patients and their families should not be subjected to having to talk to this person.

dr julie and dr. teischler are excellent smart and efficient ....a pleasure to meet and be treated by old school, no nonsense pros like them.

Rumor was there is a long wait at this place. . After an hour of waiting in the waiting room, I approached window asking how much longer will it be? I was told Dr pc had issues. Not sure what that meant. But it would be a longer wait. I left. Not sure I'll reschedule here. Disappointed

In experience wait time wasn't long but instead of completing all procedures in one visit, like I experienced at my sons cardiologist's office, they make you come back for several visits. Other than that they were friendly and knowledgeable.

One doctor in the office lies about patients and does his best to make them appear in as bad a light as possible. Very homophobic place where one doctor tries to kill reputation of patients who are gay. When complain he lies about what he says and his behavior is totally unprofessional. stay away.
