The doctor deserves 5 stars for sure but I have to take 2 stars off for the office staff. The doctor thoroughly explained my blood work, test results, concerns and next steps; he is very attentive. The ladies in the front office (not including the one that takes your weight and blood pressure before you enter the room) are lazy. If you call about something they have to work on, they tell you they will call you back and don't or they put you on hold for a very long time and never follow up. They are more interested in scrolling their phones than working. One woman told me she waited on hold 30 minutes to schedule me an appointment, as if it were not her job to do so. The office staff needs some training.

The doctor was great, kind, attentive and professional. When I visited the office staff was ok some friendlier than others but definitely tried to work with you in scheduling additional appointments elsewhere for testing and such , to work with your schedule. However prior to visiting the office I had to call to make the appointment, staff was rude , unprofessional and couldn't really understand them..I was hung up on and when I called back the next person was just as rude as the first person I spoke with and had me on hold for a very long time. Needless to say I believe the staff that was in office the day I called was not the same staff I dealt with on the phone. Since I really like the doctor and heard great things about him from my primary I will continue to be a patient of his.

My scheduled appointment was for 1:45 pm on this past Wednesday. And within 5 minutes of that time Dr Khaddash attended to me with his professional care. He took his time explaining in layman's terms my test results. I left feeling comfortable & confident.

I'd give Dr. Ibrahim Kheddesh because he is a phenomenal physician with great bedside manner, professionalism, and genuine care for patients. Unfortunately, the front desk staff represents the complete opposite! The receptionist's attitude is unhelpful, with dismissive tone, cold, and downright rude, not what you'd expect in a cardiology office serving people under stress. When feedback was offered respectfully, it was met with defensiveness and zero self-awareness. Judging by other similar reviews, I know I'm not the only one with this complaint, which makes it even more disappointing that nothing seems to be changing. It's a shame that a doctor of this caliber is represented by such ill-mannered and poor first impression service. I hope the doctor or management takes this seriously, because patients deserve the same level of compassion from the front desk as they do from the exam room.

Dr. Ibrahim is the best in what he does. Great bedside manners, always after the welfare of his patients. He's compassionate & returns a phone call when needed.
