My dad has been coming to this doctor for a couple of years. Recently he had aTIA(mini heart attack) so I took him to see the doctor. When we got there we realize he didn't' have his insurance card. I told the receptionist that my sister was going to email a copy of insurance card. Well according to the receptionist she never got the email, was very rude and nasty and told me that he can not be seen by the doctor, turned an 80 year old man away,even after my sister told her that she would bring it in when she got out of work. Very insensitive!!!! Will definitely look for another doctor.
