Terrible experience. He was in the room for roughly a minute and didn't even examine me. I told him I believe I have (condition) and he pretty much said "okay, here is a prescription for that." It was clear he was in a rush. I then get home to find the prescription written incorrectly (wrong name). I called and spoke with a nurse who says it will be corrected and then sent to the online pharmacy I was using. A week later, the pharmacy still hasn't received the prescription, so I call Dr Levin's office and get passed off to 4 different people before I'm told I have to physically come in and to get the prescription re-written. I explained to them I was just visiting that area and live out of state, and having to go to the office is a major inconvenience. Didn't matter. So now I've a prescription I can't fill and will need to schedule another appointment with another doctor.
it's always good when you can have a conversation with a doctor and they remember it the next time you meet them. He listens and pays attention to your chart. He found out i was taking too much meds from my previous doc and now i take less. that's why i give him a 5 stars because he has big glasses and big ears. :). Sometimes i have wait a while, but that is something i've experienced with all doctors. Most of his patient are much older then me and that doesn't bother me.
Dr Levin is just the best. Lisa and Carol are great too. I've been going there for years. They got to know me and always go above and beyond...
