They've always been kind and courteous. If you need to reschedule they're more than kind to help you out with your rescheduling needs. They're very quick at the front desk and low waiting time to see the doctor. I would most definitely give this office and Dr Zarella a 5 star rating Because of how informative he is and his incredible bedside manner... You don't just have a doctor that's helping you, you also have a friend...
Patient navigation had called me to schedule a follow up at the Willingboro office. I didn't know I need a referral, as THEY should have told me when THEY scheduled an appointment. I could immediately sense there was going to be an issue with one of the three at the desk just by the way they appeared--unprofessional! No class. Clinic material. If you're going to be a receptionist, you need to learn to respect the patient. The one gave me attitude--I gave it right back! They were absolutely rude and a poor representative of Virtua Cardiology. Shame on them! I could care less if I never went back to that office, and I do know this: I will NOT be disrespected as a new patient in any office.
Made an appointment that was very important at this establishment and expressed this to the woman at the front desk who made it. A week before the appointment they not only cancelled it "because the doctor wasn't going to be there" but they didn't have any other appointment until 2 months later! No apologies, explanations, or accommodations. Never again...
Dr.Shaikh is compassionate, friendly, and a wonderful doctor. I trust her with my life, literally. I respect her so much that I encouraged my eldest son to see her as well. Since as his mother I value his well being more than anything, I think this explains how I feel about her.
Dr. Gary and nurses Nicole and Paul were absolutely kind and polite I spent 7 hours there and throughout my whole experience I was very impressed with the treatment I received from all parties. Truly and sincere thank you to doctor Gary and both nurses who helped me throughout the whole day. I recommend this hospital.
