Extremely disappointing experience. When I urgently contacted this office about whether my mother -- who is undergoing chemotherapy -- could safely take an antibiotic with her heart medication, the staff never returned my call. Only after her oncologist's office contacted them did they respond, simply refusing to assist because "they hadn't seen her in six months." No effort was made to review her ongoing cardiac monitoring from her oncologists, suggest a telehealth appointment, or collaborate -- nothing. Their only solution was to demand an in-person visit, showing more concern for billing another appointment than for addressing a time-sensitive medical concern. On top of that, previous complaints about the front desk's rudeness were met not with professionalism, but defensiveness. When I raised concerns, the doctor simply said, "You can find another doctor" instead of taking responsibility. This office values money over patient care.
