Extremely disappointing experience. When I urgently contacted this office about whether my mother -- who is undergoing chemotherapy -- could safely take an antibiotic with her heart medication, the staff never returned my call. Only after her oncologist's office contacted them did they respond, simply refusing to assist because "they hadn't seen her in six months." No effort was made to review her ongoing cardiac monitoring from her oncologists, suggest a telehealth appointment, or collaborate -- nothing. Their only solution was to demand an in-person visit, showing more concern for billing another appointment than for addressing a time-sensitive medical concern. On top of that, previous complaints about the front desk's rudeness were met not with professionalism, but defensiveness. When I raised concerns, the doctor simply said, "You can find another doctor" instead of taking responsibility. This office values money over patient care. If you're looking for a cardiologist who puts the patient's health and well-being first

I have been seeing Dr Sengupta for many years now for ongoing care of a heart attack, blood clotting disorder, arrhythmias, and hypertension. She is always lovely and has always come to see me in the hospital to make sure they are following protocols with me. She works with my hematologist and primary care doctor well. I have never had any issues with Jenny at the front desk like many of these reports.

This office lacks severely in customer service. They rarely return phone messages and frequently over book appointments and testing. I was scheduled for a 3-4 hour nuclear stress test, arrived 15 min early, was called back 30 minutes after arrival and told I was 9th on the list and might be there for 6-7 hours. As I had to work later in the day I was unable to take the test. No apologies or compassion. Due to this I had to delay hernia surgery as the stress test was required to clear me. Had I been told it could be a 6-7 hour day, I could've made arrangements at work. Two days after this debacle, I received a letter from the office that they were terminating their relationship with me. If you value customer service, I highly recommend avoiding this office!!!

I have been a patient for years and I have had very lousy service from the front desk. I always have to wait even if I have an appointment. I just left and won't be back again because the receptionist was very rude and I do not want to spend my whole day to see a doctor. The receptionist said she waits 4 hours to see her doctor and doesn't see an issue with it. Well I do and as much as I like Dr Sengupta, there are also very qualified cardiologist in this area whom I can see without being disrespected or spending my whole day waiting for. Update: I never received an apology for the incident with the receptionist instead I received a letter terminating my relationship with Dr. Sengupta. I say good riddance! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!

After a month of constantly calling over n over and leaving messages for Elizabeth asking to please file the disability claim link "I sent her several times" to please call me back I'm giving up. It's been a month and I still haven't even been able to get my disability claim started. You are not in good hands here. You will struggle financially if you deal with this office. This office doesn't return phone calls and could care less about you. Be careful !!! Find a place that will take care of you. This is not it!!
