Dr Sean Flynn is very knowledgeable and kind. But the office staffs are disrespectful. They never receive the call and it's very hard to get the appointment. As a mom, we call them for our kids emergency situations. They always say we are not available in two weeks. Today I called them 5times and they didn't receive my phone calls
the doctor is great but he has terrible staff.. mis scheduling appointments giving expired vaccines neglectful to duties
Dr. Flynn has been seeing my son since he was only a couple of months old, he is now 3 years old. He is amazing and extremely patient, as is the rest of his staff. As a first time mother, he answers any/all questions, gives honest and sincere answers and makes himself available in emergencies. He is attentive, thorough and kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The new location is beautiful and well deserved.
We always have a great experience with Dr. Flynn. He's great with both of my toddler sons since they were babies. He is always available if we have an emergency. That is important to me and my family. He is respectful and gets to the point (care of the child.) I recommend writing down any concerns about your kids before going because he will ask and at times I forget until I get back home. Caring professional black doctor and staff which is important. Glad I found him!
Dr. Flynn is excellent but unfortunately, I need to change pediatricians simply because calling to schedule an appointment or to speak to anyone is completely frustrating. It shouldn't be this difficult to get someone on the phone. You'll get a recorded line saying that "everyone is on a call right now" to either hold on or leave a message. You press 1 to hold, it keeps you on hold for a long period of time and then the call drops. You try again and press 2 to leave a message and the voicemail box is full. No one ever rarely answers the phone. I will say the office staff is very nice and helpful once you get in touch with them or when you visit the office but there's no reason to not have people answering the phone. I've never had to deal with this much frustration and difficulty to speak to someone. It keeps getting worse year by year. I've had enough.
