Despite always being punctual, I have frequently waited for over an hour. What makes matters worse is that there has never been any apology or acknowledgment for these delays. The staff's dismissive and rude attitude has only added to the frustration, leaving the overall experience extremely poor and disappointing. Honestly, I'd call out to anyone considering an appointment--if you're fine waiting for hours, then go ahead and book. Just be prepared for a long and frustrating experience.

If you can't handle too many patients, why you give appointment for so many patients. Appointment means appointment not waiting hall for hours. Got appointment for 12:30 three months before with Doctor Khaula, confirmed everything two days before, office called one night before and changed to 9:00 am, when reached there big line. If you can't handle just cancel and inform patients on time. Why call so many patients. Patients have also their schedule.

This has been one of the worst medical office experiences I've ever had. The wait times are ridiculous, and after my appointment I've been waiting nearly a month with no call back. I've sent multiple messages through my chart that have been completely ignored. There is zero communication or follow-up, which shows a complete lack of care for patients. It's unacceptable to be treated this way, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this office
