When you enter the office, you are greeted and taken care of right away. Very little wait time, it continues to caring physicians and staff. Making an appointment is aways expedited. Highly recommend!

In an era where healthcare can sometimes feel impersonal or rushed, Dr. Hefferan is a breath of fresh air. His accessibility, responsiveness, and empathetic approach have made a stressful time much easier to navigate. After a phone call regarding my BIL's concerns, Dr. Hefferan offered an immediate follow-up visit, demonstrating a level of care that truly stands out. We've also been fortunate to receive excellent support from Dr. Hefferan's answering service and office, particularly APN Kim. It is rare to encounter such a well-rounded, professional, and caring medical team. We're grateful for Dr. Hefferan and his team's dedication and exceptional post-surgery care.

Usually people only write a review when they are dissatisfied. Well, I took a Nuclear Stress test and found Roz and Lou to be the most comforting, reassuring and caring people I've ever met in my life. Between their professionalism, they displayed a sense of humor and provided a pleasant atmosphere during the procedure. It was a pleasure and would recommend them in a heartbeat. (no pun intended lol)

The staff is courteous, polite, as should be everywhere one goes. The nurse practitioner and the doctor are excellent. So glad to heve a top notch crew for mother.

While the office staff may have their downfalls (I personally have never had a problem with them), Dr. Hefferan is an absolute Gem! Soft spoken, terrific bedside manner, listens to all your concerns, and most importantly, is a wonderful clinician! (one of the best, in my opinion). I travel a far distance to take my mom to his office. Well worth the trip!
