Dr. Sandhu took the time to listen to all of my concerns, thoroughly explained my diagnosis, and laid out clear treatment options. Their compassionate approach made me feel truly cared for, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. The level of professionalism and knowledge displayed by Dr. Sandhu is exceptional. He kept me informed every step of the way and followed up to ensure my progress. I'm giving a 2 based on my overall experience. I was seen on 3/17, almost 1 month ago. The doctor seems nice, caring, and knowledgeable. If I chose to continue my care there, I'd most likely rate him a 5. However, during the duration of my visit I was reminded atleast 4 or 5 times not to have my son with me because "this is a pandemic" and to "protect the elderly", as if I have zero common sense. Obviously Karen, I would love to go to my appointment alone, but I'm a mom and the nature of my visit was urgent, so no choice. My issues were that I had called my former cardiologist's office and they told me what their office had to do to to get my records (send a fax with a release of info. Form). When I called their office a week or 2 later they "hadn't gotten around to it yet". Upon leaving I was told they needed to get a prior authorization from my insurance to do an echocardiogram. It's been about a month! They should have followed up with me. I won't be going back, but most likely I'm fine. They think it's necessary to tell a patient multiple times about bringing their kid with them, but it's not a problem for the doctor to lower his mask while speaking in a small office with the patient?! Tell me how that makes sense. Smh

I've known Dr Sandhu since he started his practice in Bayonne .. He and his staff were my Dads cardiologists and than mine He is the best heart dr around he saved my dads life and mine They all are like family. They care deeply for their patients.

Dr. Sandhu is a very nice doctor who is very accommodating and informative! His staff is also very sweet and accommodating! Make sure you have a copy of your script before you go in or they will not take you. Other than that I had an amazing experience!
