Pulmonary Associates - Portsmouth

Absolutely terrible. We waited 6 months for an appointment to get a referral for a new cpap machine 7/2025. Now here November 2025 and still the right forms aren't being completed. Middle of October "I'm sorry it took us so long to get back to you. We are sending the information to local supply company". We call local supply company they only received an order for replacement pieces. Call the office and the nurse Carmen laughs "oh I didn't check off the box here for the new machine. I'm doing that now and electronically sending it they should have it by tomorrow". Next day we call the supply. Company still nothing. Call the office again helpful (not) Carmen oh the doctor signed it in the system but not the order proceeds to laugh like it's funny that their patient has been with out a life saving sleep machine. We still are patiently waiting for this office to get their act together. Formal complaints have been filed with the state. This is negligence and incompetence. Fair warning find any specialist outside of appledore Every one of them are absolutely awful.

Worst practice. Worst patient care. ZERO FOLLOW UP!! Phones are never in working order. Weeks of trying to reach people. Image review appointments rescheduled multiple times. Supposed to be on oxygen but yet 'it slipped though the cracks' all while we could not get through. Just gross negligence as a whole practice. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. Disgrace of medical care.

Dr. Godara has an excellent style and his expertise in sleep matters meets my needs exactly. His staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

A very caring efficient doctor's office. They were very helpful when I need an appointment, got me in as soon as they could, the front office was very efficient and friendly and Dr, Madeiro is kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Godara and the office staff (including Nurse) are very friendly, professional, and efficient. I had my first appointment today, and it was a very positive one!
