I am a patient of NEHVI. I have been calling since 8/29 to get a refill of a beta blocker that is a cardiac med I was prescribed. On 8/27, the request was sent to the PAs. On 8/29 called to indicate I would be completely out on 9/1 and was told I would be marked urgent. Today I called and told them I have been out for 2 day and need the refill urgently. I asked if there was an issue with the refill and was told no, it was just the holiday yesterday. Funny, I requested 2 times in the last week before today to get the refill. As of this evening 9/1, it still has not been sent to the pharmacy. Very unsettling and concerning that NEHVI is either so understaffed they can't provide refill scripts in a timely manner, and there is no way to get the refill Rx.
