Dr. Ouellette is a very special person. I moved to the area with an existing coronary artery disease condition and after selecting her as my provider, she had me come in right away for an introductory visit two months after we arrived. We talked about my previous heart attack, I explained how I was following the Dr. Dean Ornish Plant Based Whole Foods meal plan, and together we created a plan for moving forward. I've had two recent Echocardiagrams, and a Nuclear Stress Test over the last 3 months, and TOGETHER we have decided that I will undergo a diagnostic heart catherization next week. She's determined to find out why my EF has decreased over the last two years, despite my regular exercise habits and a very healthy diet. And I'm confident that if there is an underlying factor causing this that she'll find it and treat it. Trust, Confidence, Professionalism, Experience, Caring Personality, and Helpful are all words that come to mind when I even mention her name. She's an outstanding cardiologist and I'll soon know her as also an outstanding surgeon as well. She's the best, and she's fun to talk with and discuss such important health issues with! We're a team, and that feels great!
