Outstanding Pediatric Surgery Care at Elliot Hospital! Our experience at Elliot Hospital in Manchester for my child's surgery was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The entire pediatric surgery team went above and beyond to make us feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way. From the moment we checked in, every nurse, doctor, and staff member showed incredible kindness and professionalism. The surgical team took time to explain everything clearly and helped calm both our nerves and our child's fears. The nurses were so patient, compassionate, and attentive -- you could tell they truly care about kids and families. The facility itself was spotless and well-organized, and the staff made sure we never felt rushed or overlooked. After the procedure, the follow-up care and communication were excellent. My child recovered smoothly, and we're so grateful for the level of skill, warmth, and dedication shown by everyone at Elliot. I can't thank the pediatric surgery team enough for turning such a stressful experience into one filled with reassurance and genuine care. Highly recommend Elliot Hospital to any parent who wants their child in the best hands possible!

The care I received giving birth to my son was exceptional. The nurses on the labor floor, specifically Emily and Grace, were so kind and went above to ensure I was safe and calm. The maternity floor was just as amazing. I felt well supported and grateful I chose this hospital to deliver my son. I'll be forever grateful for the staff. Thank you again!

I dont know how this hospital has a rating of 2.7 out of 5 stars. My wife and I where treated like royalty here. The staff inbthe emergency room where fantastic and very helpful. 5 stars forsure and it was way quicker than Saints Campus in Lowell Mass

Home Medical Equipment is extremely poor. I use cpap device that breathes for me at night when I stop. Their respiratory therapist told me I should never be without it. My mask broke on a Sunday night. I went in person on Monday to purchase one. The receptionist told me I needed a new prescription for CPAP supplies. I contacted my Primary Care and returned on Wednesday with a handwritten prescription. They would not fill it. Stated it had to be on their form and identify what mask I needed. They had been supplying my masks for last 15 years. They knew what I used. This was my third night without the machine. I told them I was willing to pay for it, it did not have to go through insurance. They still refused. You would think I was trying to get narcotics. I used my prescription and ordered one online. I will be getting my services elsewhere from now on. They could have explained on Monday that they needed a specific type of prescription, they didn't. Just said a prescription. Don't go there.

The Elliot NICU is an absolute disaster. The providers here (not all) but most are the most inconsiderate and rude individuals. They are never on the same page and provide awful care and have no bedside manner. They are supposed to do family rounds on Tuesday and Thursday's and include family... well half the time they never included us, and made a game plan what they thought would be best without consulting us. Then they would get mad and give pushback when we told them we didn't agree or want something else. They will keep you an extended time here I solely believe for money. My wife is a doctor and they never took into consideration her concerns or medical background. It is their way or the highway. I have never been treated more poorly and felt as disrespected as I have been here. They refuse to take accountability for their actions and can't accept the fact that maybe they don't know what's best for my boy
