Very efficient and pleasant sign in as a first time patient. My admitting nurse,Tanya, did all the basic checks quickly, efficiently and was very good at making me feel comfortable The doctor was a bit delayed in being able to see me but was professional and polite enough to personally pop in to explain. During our visit, treatment options were clearly explained. I appreciated that.
Absolute worst. Dr. Zhu is completely out of touch and not focused on solving patient problems, just seeing as many as he can and prescribing pills. I had to stop going to Elliott because they would never follow up, I'd have to leave 4-5 voicemails a day, the referrals to other doctors were always wrong. They told me i needed heart surgery but never followed up! Now, I have to go find a new doctor that will actually pay attention to all of my symptoms and a practice that will actually call me back. Who knows if i even need the surgery, they could not tell me WHY i was having heart issues. This place is an absolute joke. Don't waste your time. You'll have to find another doctor anyways so start now.
First time there and was very happy with all aspects of the visit. People from check in , the RN, Doctor and check out were all 5 stars. Will consider changing to other Elliot services if they are all this good.
The service at Elliott Cardiovascular Consultants is second to none. The receptionist was friendly and attentive to me. Nurse Liz called my name and gave me a warm greeting, she took my vitals and told me that Dr Zhu would be in shortly. Dr Zhu is friendly and to the point. He has my best interests in mind. I highly recommend the doctors at the Elliott Cardiovascular Consultants
The ancillary staff was lovely. I was referred by my PCP for abnormal cardiac monitoring. I had to tell the provider I saw why I was there. He also answered a non medical phone call during my appointment.He was asking the caller how late they were open for him to pick something up. I'm also a provider and can't imagine answering a private call while was in a visit with a patient. Needless to say, I won't be seeing him again
