My son has been referred for a GI. and unfortunately since he hasn't had his first appointment, he won't be established till then, and there's no way to see him earlier. Well. When I called today, instead of referring me to the ER. The receptionist decided to tell me "well. If it was my daughter, I'd take her to the hospital" Well. We went to his doctors today at 1:30 too and they just passed the buck to the GI and they had no problem to basically tell me I'm a horrible mom to my ASD child.

If I could give a negative review I would. My son was scheduled for surgery at 8:45..sitting in the room for an hour they then inform us it'll be 30 minutes or so. Mind you my son has had nothing to eat since 7p yesterday as they told us no food or liquid after midnight. Terrible service will be finding another provider.

While waiting 3 months with a newborn for an appointment at Boston Children's Hospital, someone suggested I contact the Pediatric Otolaryngology Department at Dartmouth Hitchcock to address my baby's noisy breathing. The receptionist was so friendly and accommodating, he was able to get us in the following week! He said baby breathing should be treated as urgent so he pulled some strings to get us in ASAP. I'll always be grateful to that receptionist for his kindness. The doctor was great and the experience was positive overall.

After many phone calls trying to schedule an urgent urology appointment for my child, I get a letter in the mail almost 8-MONTHS later saying I can call to schedule an appointment. Not even a phone call, and seriously 8-months later. I would never use a place like this.

My daughter has had diarrhea on and off for the past week, she needs to see a doctor. I called and sat on hold for 5 minutes and spoke to a representative who took information from me and was suppose to connect me to a nurse. When she put me on hold again, I waited another 30 minutes before another "representative " picked up and did the same thing that the first "representative " did of taking information from me. The last representative that I spoke to basically said that because it wasn't a life threatening emergency and my daughter doesn't have Covid-19, she would just take down my contact information for a third time and a nurse would call me back. I never heard anything from anybody. I'm not impressed. If this is how they're going to treat patients, I will take my daughter elsewhere where her health and well being is valued.
