Our first visit was extremely satisfying. The receptionist was cheerful and efficient.
There was no waiting time. The nurse took our information, vital signs and an electrocardiagram.
Dr Flynn was very positive and friendly. He gave a lot of attention to my husband's prior endocarditis and wants to follow up in a few months. My blood pressure was higher than normal, he asked me to monitor for two weeks and we would have a virtual meeting to decide how to treat me.
Dr.Flynn and his staff provide excellent care. Highly recommend.

Stephen Heo does a great job of representing the organization while also being real and down to earth. He has a constantly upbeat demeanor while also being to tell you the worst news potentially while putting a positive spin on it. There has been some shortcomings with the phone system as well as the nursing staff but overall I'd still give it a 5 star experience due to Steve's insane service in general.

Everything went very well with the appt that Dr Kim had with both my husband and I. He explained the ablation process and he told us that the Drs use the latest procedure, Pulsed Field Anlation (Farapulse) and it is done at CMC. We both feel a little more comfortable having it done. He answered any questions we had and told us he would do it in a couple of months because he is so busy. The nurse was also very nice and kept us up to date on when the Dr would be in to see us.

My initial appointment I was nervous because I was going there for a second opinion but everyone I had an interaction with was wonderful!! I felt taken care of on a level I have never felt before. The nurse and doctor had obviously studied my case ahead of time and were prepared for the testing and dialog that needed to take place to move from spot A through to Z with no bumps in the rd. The part of the team that I saw was Dr. Hyder. The check in and check out was a smooth interaction
