Been a patient here for many years. Dr Miller and the staff are awesome. Always responsive, respectful and helpful. I've been able to get appointments within a reasonable amount of time when needed. The urgent care here has also been good when we've needed it.

Dr. Teichgraeber has been my primary provider for 10+ years. He has always been easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. Until recently, the administrative staff was inefficient, with poor customer service manners. Lately there has been a remarkable improvement in staff efficiency; and now the admin staff, MA's, and physician, all provide high quality patient care.

I visited Urgent care ( located a few blocks from my house) when doors opened a little before 9am. I was taken into a room about 9:15am and was promptly seen by Ryan within a few minutes. I explain my health concern to him & he told me to wait for a sonogram test. After about 25 minutes a technician took me to a adjacent room and administered the test. The results were available in about 15 minutes and Ryan came in and shared the results, I 'm still amazed at the speed, efficiency, care and professionalism the staff displayed. I am a new patient at NNMG and went to Urgent Care because I have not yet seen by my new GP, (appointment up coming soon). The Urgent Care staff is great. I highly recommend them.
