I loved every medical professional who worked with me during my 5 night stay. I was always comfortable and felt cared for. Also the food wasnt bad either... which is amazing for a hospital. Shout out to Nurse Alli and CNA Blakeley. Everyone was wonderful but these two were assigned to me most days

C Im almost 78. Had a shoulder replacement. Started getting pain in my right hand whi h is partially numb. Doing another ct scan through doctos orders. My doctor who did the surgery got back to me.later.Very caring and concerned.. I went to er in pajamas, in morning unbrushed hair and in horrible pain. Eyes blood shot from crying. Waited over 4 hours with my husband. I realize that it was the day before thankgiving. I suspect er was short of staff. The physicans assistiant took me in a room to which I was interviewed. She didnt seem caring nort realizing the trama and pain I iwas going through. Never saw a doctor. Being elderly and one of the first patients in waiting area sitting there crying in so much pain. How could they stand by and watch me suffer. Finally a room, I was put on an IV and shoulder xray. The young girls that helped me in the bed took good care of me and was very sweet and caring . Not good things to say a out the nurse practitioner that almost had an attitude toward me. She seemed uncaring It was a horrible experience.Left at dark.

Arrived 1430, processing was fast. Saw Dr. Tureax about 1500. Radiology 1513, Hematology 1539, Fluid 1553 and Chemistry 1603. The Doctor came in told me I had gout, no infection at 1825 and wanted to know my Pharmacy, I told him Rex Drugs in Yerington. He was no sure if Rex was on the list. I called the operator at 1905, she said they would in shortly with medicine and release papers. I was released about 1940. I would have given a 5 star, however the waiting time seemed to be long between Lab work and blood test and results. I Love your Hospital and most of all your employees. Merry Christmas.

The physician, nurses & all additional staff from entry to triage to X-ray were professional, thorough & thoughtful. Dr. Stevenson checked in on me frequently, despite the fact that the ER was busy & I was certainly of lower priority (my assessment, not his). He offered treatments, asked if that was agreed upon, & I feel we had a great physician/client relationship.

I really was impressed with the care that I got there from the tome that I walked in the door. Everyone was so professional, and caring. Of course the nurses, and the Dr. And his wonderful team. The teally made me feel at ease, and kind of important to them. I have never experienced such care in the operating room. So thank you all so very much for taking such great care of me.
