For being in an ER... had a great experience. Both my Dr. (Dr. K) and the staff were amazing. Very good bedside manner. My Rad tech was helpful and eased the process of a terrible X-ray I had to have. Helped me find some answers without having to send me to the hospital. Everyone was kind in a scary situation.
I would very much like to be able to make bloodwork appointments at NNMC and associated locations. To my specific visit, I had to be drawn twice. First draw was on a Tuesday and I received a call Monday night that I had to return on Wednesday and do it again because the vial was contaminated. How does that happen? So back out in Pyramid highway morning traffic.
Got lab work done. I know it takes 15-20 minutes just to get my paperwork processed and even with that it was so fast, clean and wonderful. Martha drew my blood and she was kind, calming and compassionate.
nursing staff was fantastic! Radiology staff was fantastic!. Doctors were great. However....That Female Security Officer needs to be trained. She is very rude, incompetent. and non compassionate. Because the Security is the first contact of treatment, this would run a lot of people elsewhere.
The Employees at this hospital were kind and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk made me feel welcome and comfortable. The phlebotomist was very careful about inserting the right size needle into just the right spot on my arm and was gentle. I do wish that they could take me in sooner for the blood test, as I have hypoglycemia and started to feel a bit out of it at a certain point. The Hospital was clean and organized.
