I really like that I can book an early morning appt and get in and out and still make it to work on time. I have never once waited past my appointment time. The staff is proficient and pleasant. I really like Dr. Watson's no nonsense, yet kind and caring demeanor. I am very happy that he is my Doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone, and in fact, I have.

Everybody in this office is absolutely so professional and caring. They are calm, helpful and always with a smile. Dr. John Watson is one of the best. I highly recommend him as your PCP.

I'm so happy I found a primary doctor who listens. It's very important to me to have a provider who has great bedside manner. I am deaf in 1 ear. So I need that extra, and I say extra because nowadays it seems like they're in a hurry to get to the next patient. He maybe busy, but he doesn't let on or make me feel rushed. And he does his own patient visit notes. Dr.John Watson does it all, while maintaining a proper visit, he's following up on labs and previous appointment discussions, etc. And he looks at me when he's talking, that way if he doesn't have a mask on I can read his lips if my ear needs the help. If he does have a mask on, I'm kinda struggling a little bit. But I'm used to it, it's my life. He's personality is great. I've found a good one after living here in Reno for five years. 3 doctors before him. 2 left and moved. 1 was rude and always had to wait 35-45 min. After I was in room. I have severe back problems with back, neck & legs, SI-Joints and hips. I can't wait that long, plus it makes me very stressed and in a bad mood. Then I seem grumpy and they put me in that position. Dr. Watson's office has ran on time every time I've been there. The Staff is very pleasant. Front office and PA's are always in a great mood. Thank you Dr. Watson and the Staff at Northern Nevada Medical Group. Steamboat Pkwy location for making it a very pleasant appointment. I Smile when I leave ~ Even when in pain. No Worries, I have a different doctor for that.

Recently I visited with John C. Watson, M.D, of Northern Nevada Medical Group Steamboat Primary Care. The visit was absolutely very pleasant;- from the minute I walked in the front door. I did not have to wait for my appointment and after entering the doctor's examining room - there was no wait time. Dr. Watson discussed with me the reason I had made the appointment and gave me instructions on how to take care of this pain. He then asked me about any additional health concerns I might have. He then jotted notes about our visit on a piece of paper. This was a very successful visit and I left the office feeling as if my problems were solved and I was very happy with my visit.

Dr. Watson and all his staff are professional, efficient, warm, and compassionate. We (my wife and I) have had Dr. Watson as our PCP for about 6 years now, and have been absolutely satisfied with his care.
