Challapalli Cardiology

These "doctors" put a pacemaker in my mom and then forgot to turn it on! Three days after surgery she went back in to tell them that her heart rate wouldn't go above 65. They told her she had to work out harder. Finally a month later they figured out that they screwed up. Terrible medicine to first of all forget to turn it on, but then to ignore her when she complained of the problem. Very upsetting.

This is a husband and wife cardiologist office. Even though this is a new practice, they have taken care of my elderly mother for more than 15 years, and they are awesome. They are friendly and efficient.

I had gone here for several months hoping to get treatment for my heart condition. They wanted to push it off. I ended up going to the ER to get looked at more thoroughly and I stayed there for a month, which ended with me getting open heart surgery. I also felt that they did not have the expertise needed to handle my care. It felt as if the assistant had known more about my condition than the doctor. They had to manage my INR, which was a bumpy road. It wasn't until I switched to a different provider was when my INR was finally stable. They also have a 24/7 care line for emergencies. When I had first called, I had gotten someone who seemed to care about my well being and was the one who told me to go to the ER in the first place. I never met him in person at the clinic. The second phone call I had gotten my doctor on the line, which gave me no help for what I should do. To summarize, I felt as if my doctor was unprofessional and didn't know how to help me. When I switched to a different provider, I felt like I was getting the help I needed finally. Going to the ER saved my life.

I've been dealing with so much over the last 5-years, and I had to be rushed to the hospital back in November 2024 because I thought I was literally dying. After many tests and after an incredible team of doctors reviewing my situation, I was put on medicine and had a relatively minor heart procedure done by Dr. Bidart. I can say for the first time in at least five-years, I feel like I've been given a second chance. Hope is an amazing thing... I personally wanted to thank Challapalli Cardiology and offer a "major" shout-out to Dr. Chad Bidart. His office rushed me into surgery back in early January, and have been nothing but a team which my wife and I both strongly feel were heaven-sent. Thanks Again Dr. Bidart, you are an amazing human being and I'm so grateful for all you and your office have done. God Bless

Dr Challapalli is my Cardiologist. I am so grateful for her. She is such a good Dr. And I also heard her husband Dr Challapalli is one of the best as well as her. They moved and opened up their own practice. It's on the other side of town. But she's worth the drive. I wouldn't want anyone else treating me.
