Very clean comfortable office. From the doctor and all staff were so accommodating polite people. Alicia is a nurse she is the very best professionalism 10 she was amazing in helping me she gets things done! A1 A+star!!!

My mom waited 2 hours to see a doctor. Once they called her they made her wait another 20+ minutes for the doctor to actually attend her. The place wasn't even full for them to be doing this. Her appointment was at 10:45am and we got there at 10:10am. They didn't call her until 11:48am. They don't care what time your appointment is, they call you at whatever time they feel like it.

My biggest issue is the constant rescheduling I once had them call me about an hour before the appointment saying they needed to reschedule me for 2 months out The Doctors don't listen to what you have to say. I explained my issues, and when I got the papers back, they said I wasn't experiencing half of what I said. Like Fainting, which was the main concern. I was fainting at work, and wasn't allowed on the premise until I got into the Cardiologist. It took nearly a year to get in, and needless to say, I lost my job while waiting Other people have mentioned the long waits on calls (it took an hour & a half for me to get through once), so I won't touch that But none of this wouldn't be nearly as egregious if this wasn't vital for people to survive in many cases (it would still be egregious in another doctor, but the urgency of resolving heart conditions makes it especially so)

This is a really bad place, the lobby is over crowded there's not social distancing at all. No one cleans chair, charts or anything in general. They don't even have hand sanitizer for clients. I had to ask to the front desk and she didn't even let me grab it. (Yes I wonder why) it just make you feel very unsafe in here. They have like one 4 chairs to sit in the lobby and the rest has to be standing all crowded.. really bad and unprofessional services besides not caring for any health procedures due to Covid 19 besides having ppl crowded in here with a mask. Surprise doctors and nurses work here!

This place is so messy and unprofessional. The restrooms are so dirty and the front desk person does nothing but tell people to check in on their phones for the restrooms to be that nasty. The back window girls are so rude and unprofessional I was standing in front of them waiting and no one said nothing instead continued talking to each other and laughing within each other. My grandma had her appt @10:45 and didn't get seen until 11:48 that's crazy what's the point of appts then?. Overall they should do better or just hire people who want to work in the medical field.
