One of the best experiences with a specialist. Dr W was very thorough and explained treatment. Dr W's assistant administered some tests and put me at ease and has professional and friendly demeanor. The office was well run and the staff was open and approachable.
I've never been treated with such blatant disrespect as I was by a woman named Trish over the phone. I was calling to reschedule because I was at the ER -- clearly not a casual excuse -- and I even let her know I might just be a few minutes late. Despite that, she spoke to me with an extremely rude, condescending tone, constantly interrupting and trying to prove me wrong as if I was lying or being irresponsible. There was zero compassion, zero professionalism. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and made an already stressful situation even worse. No one in customer service should be allowed to treat people this way .
Dr. Willoughby always takes the time to be thorough and address any concerns I might have. I appreciate his attention to detail and I feel confident having him as my doctor.
