I've had such a positive experience with this primary care practice. The entire team is attentive, patient, and truly listens. They take time to explain everything clearly and never make me feel rushed. It's rare to find a provider who combines knowledge with compassion, but this office does exactly that. Highly recommend.

A good family physician is hard to find and this place is GREAT! They took good care of my family when I need them and I wouldn't ask any thing less especially when health is involved. If you don't like your primary care doctor, I'd give them a call and find it for yourself.
Well go figure, another disappointment in customer service. Came in for a physical and to have labs drawn. Labs were supposed to be done in house, but apparently their person quit or was fired. So continued the physical, had to go to Quest and have my labs done and we ended up setting up a virtual appointment 2 weeks after the fact because I work on the road. I get all the emails and text leading up to the appointment for an 8:15am virtual appointment to come and find out they couldn't hold their appointment time and now we are looking at another two weeks due to my schedule. Looks that I will have to continue to go into year 4 of trying to land a consistent Family Practice doctor to pin down for the long run. It's wild to me that finding a good, solid, professional family doctor is extremely hard to find, at least in the Las Vegas area. 4 years here, 4 disappointments. Don't waste your time on these folks. They are inconsistent.
The first couple of times I saw Lilia. She was fine. I had an appt on 8/14 and after the initial taking blood pressure and temperature, I was directed to wait in a room. No one showed for so long because they forgot I was there. The Doctor finally showed, did nothing but review lab work. Never even listened to my heart or ask any relevant questions. Looking for new Dr.
