Prime Cardiology of Nevada

Called this office twice to schedule a pre-op cardiac clearance. The boy who answers the phone has no knowledge of anything besides the name and location of where he works. Every question I asked him, he did not know. He put me on hold multiple times, for several minutes while he spoke to his manager. The singsong quality of his voice makes it seem like he is being rude or sarcastic or maybe he actually was...can't tell but I feel like it was sarcasm and the experience was more negative than anything else. P.S. Never did make an appointment.

I had two tests done at this location. The first was a treadmill stress test with Lisa, who was absolutely phenomenal. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect, but she made the process so easy and relaxed. She talked me through every step, was so caring, and had me smiling and laughing the entire time. Lisa provided the type of customer service that is rare nowadays, yet is so appreciated when you find it. Thank you, Lisa- healthcare needs more workers like you!! My second appointment was for an ultrasound and I don't even know the tech's name. She asked me to verify my name in the beginning and then didn't say another word the whole time. Two entirely different experiences- the second one made me much more thankful for the one I had with Lisa- she's a gem and should be valued tons!!

I've been calling for two weeks to renew my prescription and every time they promise me that it will get sent to my pharmacy and they didn't. At one point they hung up the phone on me even though I notified them that I'm out of pills for a over a week already. Never seen or heard anything like it before.

Was a bit difficult to find even with google maps... signage could be better. Staff could be a bit more responsive. 5 stars if they work on that.

Dr. Narula is great. Explains and listens. Everything else that involves staff and communication is horrible. Two weeks to get cardiac clearance faxed for unrelated surgery. Canceled a heart procedure at the hospital but didn't notify me. Showed up at 6am and found out then that it was rescheduled a month later. Third try to get heart monitor. We'll see. Any phone contact is confusing and returning voicemails go to another voicemail that is "full."
