Called this office twice to schedule a pre-op cardiac clearance. The boy who answers the phone has no knowledge of anything besides the name and location of where he works. Every question I asked him, he did not know. He put me on hold multiple times, for several minutes while he spoke to his manager. The singsong quality of his voice makes it seem like he is being rude or sarcastic or maybe he actually was...can't tell but I feel like it was sarcasm and the experience was more negative than anything else. P.S. Never did make an appointment.
