Dr. Kittusamy cares about each and every patient. I went in to see him for myself and my wife was with me. He asked about her, listened to her heart and ordered a scan for her and the appoinment was for me. He works very hard to ensure the best care possible for all of his patients. From the minute you enter Dr. Kittusamy's office you are treated in a friendly and respectful manner. You are treated like an important person . The nurses and staff are friendly and cheerful. Dr Kittusamy is very attentive and knows how to listen to your concerns and addresses those immediately. He looks at you in the eye as he speaks and does the same when listening. He is thorough in his examinations. He patiently explains procedures and your particular situation. He does not rush you . The office is very clean . I am so happy that my son, Edgar, referred me to Dr. Kittusamy, when I most needed this care that is both compassionate and professional . I would highly recommend Dr Kittusamy .
I've had to visit many medical offices lately. This is the best facility I've encountered. Everyone was very kind and thorough. Doctor was very polite and receptive to feedback. The wait was long, but considering the type of treatment I received, I'd happily wait again. Sending my brother here for his treatment as well.
One of the worst experiences I have had in a doctors office. I was taken to the exam room and given a EKG by the Doctors assistant then left in the exam room for an hour! I went to the office staff and asked if the doctor would see me today and they replied the Doctor had an emergency but no one took the time to inform me but had plenty of time to carry on a personal conversation in the lobby where everyone could hear very unprofessional. As I stood there both of the staff members just turned away from me and continued looking at their computers as if i was a bother and never even asked if I wanted to reschedule which was probably for the best.
