The doctors are excellent BUT the staff are CLUELESS and I had a july referral but couldn't get an appt until December because the idiot making my appt couldn't look up the referral and then he scheduled me as a new patient even though I told him countless times that I was an existing patient and I had a cardiologist already .im post triple bypass and stroke and I am in need of vascular surgery immediately because of PAD diagnosis, my arteries in legs are 80 percent blocked. This is a life or death situation and I can't be playing games with an incompetent staff. I love both my cardiologist and surgeon from the group but am I really in good hands if I can't get in to see them? Also I had another experience with the staff that they didn't see an order written for STAT and they scheduled not only a month later but the wrong test!!! Extremely stressful and they need to replace the entire office ! I actually worked medical office and medical billing so I know what it should look like and run like .Too bad I am retired .

WARNING: Avoid this place if you value your health, time, and sanity.
While the doctors themselves are competent, the scheduling and insurance verification staff are some of the most careless, unprofessional, and incompetent people I've ever dealt with in a medical setting. I've had multiple appointments cancelled--not because of me, but because they repeatedly fail to schedule correctly or submit pre-authorizations on time. Their lack of urgency and accountability is beyond unacceptable.
I've had my blood drawn three times, only to be told I have to do it all over again due to their mistakes. Most recently, I was supposed to have an important heart scan, but thanks to their laziness and complete disregard for patient care, my appointment was cancelled again--and now I have to wait over a month to get rescheduled. This is not just inconvenient; it's dangerous when patients are depending on timely care.
The staff here clearly has no respect for patients' time or health. It feels like they operate on autopilot, with zero sense of responsibility. If you can avoid this place, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. You'll save yourself from endless frustration and potential delays in receiving critical care.

I am a cash-paying customer. Upon my arrival two days ago, I paid the agreed-upon self-pay rate of $220 -- $195 for the visit and $25 for the EKG. When the front desk clerk said my debit card transaction didn't go through, I immediately showed him proof on my phone that the $220 had posted as pending on my bank account. He acknowledged it and said he would make a note in my file.
Today, I received a text saying I had an outstanding bill. When I checked, it showed a balance of $619 under "self-pay." I called billing right away to get clarification. They told me the original $220 payment was marked as "voided," and that the $619 was the default self-pay rate in their system. However, they refused to adjust the balance to reflect the $220 before I made another payment. I was told I needed to pay again first, and then they could look into making the correction -- which makes no sense.
I made it clear I don't want to be left with a $400+ balance because someone failed to properly apply my payment or forgot to update my billing. I also asked them to put their explanation in writing, but they refused. They were extremely unhelpful and unwilling to correct a simple error despite clear documentation on my end. I just wanted the balance corrected to reflect the $220 I actually pay/paid (that apparently didn't go through) -- before I make any additional payments. This highly poor business practice on their end, it seems like just another way to screw over John Q Customer. I asked for a simple explanation in writing and they would not produce this! I asked them to adjust the price to reflect my correct balance of 220.00 they refused, said they could not do that either. This is very poor practice that seems fishy!

You'll be hearing from my laywer. IF YOURE READING THIS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The doctors and staff do not care whether you live or not. They will use up your insurance on the most expensive testing and then shaft you and tell you they're too busy to see you for months. The lady who answers the phone for all of the locations in the AM is not only rude and unprofessional, but a liar. She does everything she can to make it impossible to communicate with the cardiologist and staff. I asked her to take a note down and she said "not my job, you can call back though". Your job is to answer the calls of patients outside of operating hours. That's literally your job. Taking and leaving notes.

Unprofessional, they called to cancel my parents' appointment on the same day. My parents rode an uber and went there to know that their appointment is canceled and reschedule it the next day. What a waste of time and money. The appointment has been scheduled at least 2 weeks ago and they never checked protocols or procedures beforehand? Not recommending this place.
