From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and cared for. So friendly and professional at the same time. Dr. A. Friendly and professional. She actually considered some of my suggestions! That's rare for me. Can't go wrong with Dr. A and her lovely crew.

After my intake and EKG I was seen by Dr Aschenaki who asked why I was even there. When I said I was referred by my doctor for cardiac clearance in order to start a medication she became even more abrupt and irritated, stating they don't do that sort of thing. Bear in mind I did not just take it upon myself to see her, this was a visit that I needed to fulfill through a referring physician and stated as such. And only at that point did she become a bit less combative & dismissive and put in an order for an echo & calcium score test. Awful and totally unprofessional experience. I will never see this physician again.

The receptionist could not have cared less than I had an emergency. She was more concerned about being part of the problem than part of the solution. I had to speak ti the practice manager who was wonderful. Dr Aschenaki and her assistants were also wonderful.

This is a pleasant office. The front office staff is efficient and friendly. I was taken back promptly and helped by an assistant who readied a test, collected her results. Dr Aschtanaki answered my questions, advised future appt. It was made and I was on my way.

Very polite & professional. From front desk to the doctor. I felt truly cared for, everyone seemed like they ACTUALLY LIKED their job- and wanted to be there. The doctor was very kind & seemed to truly know what she was doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. ( i never give anyone 5 stars- if I did they would get them!)
