Marina Plon, M.D.

Marina is an exceptional Dr. she goes above and beyond to find out what causes your issues with your health and to goes above and beyond to get you to your better health. That even means if she has to direct you elsewhere she goes that extra mile to get you into the right direction. She saved my grandmother 's life and has become my family cardiologist. I'm Blessed to have her as my Doctor. Her staff is very attentive and I can't say enough about Rosa. She is so nice and helpful where ever anything is needed up front. Always going above and beyond.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at Dr. Marina Plon, MD's office. On my first visit, I was kept waiting over two hours in a waiting room. When I expressed my frustration about the long wait, the doctor's response was to blame the staff for bypassing me on the list and having other patients with later appointments seen before me. Additionally, when it was time to review my results, a telemedicine appointment, when the doctor joined the line, she had no records of my test results and again blamed her staff. Another appointment was scheduled, but at that time, we could only review part of the results because she claimed the rest were not in. I will not be recommending this doctor's office.

Although I had to wait a bit for the doctor, I expect this - especially when it is an afternoon appointment. What is more important to me is that when I did see the doctor, she was thorough, patient, and I never felt rushed. Also, the doctor's PA was very competent and pleasant to work with. I feel satisfied that Dr. Plon is a compassionate and ethical doctor that I can trust as a partner for my health care. I have not had this decent of an experience at a doctors office for many years. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Plon and will continue to visit her practice.

The staff is nice but even if you arrive for morning appointment expect to wait for hours to see the doctor. Looking for another cardiologist immediately as I cannot imagine this is good for my heart to get so irritated waiting for a Dr who clearly doesn't care about her patients time. As an update I got a refund and left an hour and a half after my appointment time and the doctor was sauntering in the building then. Avoid this doctor at all costs if you value your time. I would give zero stars if possible

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Plon and her staff. They are the best. There attention to my health needs is great. If I need tests they have gone above and beyond with my insurance getting things approved or getting alternatives. They are prompt and professional scheduling appointments and answering questions. A special thank you to Diane, she has definitely been there for me and my issues. Dr. Plon is genuinely concerned with my issues. The entire staff is always helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.
