My husband had his second appointment with Dr. Jay Shu on Thursday, October 16. His office on Warm Springs is very clean, and our overall experience--from the receptionists to Dr. Shu himself--was excellent. The receptionists were friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Ariana, his assistant, was also wonderful and very accommodating. Dr. Shu was attentive, listened carefully and never rushed through the appointments. Both times, he took his time explaining everything we needed to know which we truly appreciated.

Extremely Disappointed with this Facility!!!!! Never again!!!!!! This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have had when trying to schedule care for my mother. The cardiology department has no Spanish-speaking staff, which makes it extremely difficult for Spanish-speaking patients to make or confirm appointments. When I tried calling to schedule, no one could assist us in Spanish. During my in-person visit, I was not informed that I needed to be added to my mother's file in order to help manage her appointments. This lack of communication only created more confusion and unnecessary delays. Staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome!!! It is deeply concerning that a medical facility serving a diverse community does not provide bilingual support for its patients, especially when so many rely on Spanish as their primary language!! To make matters worse, their scheduling system is currently being transitioned to AI, which makes it even harder to reach a live person for assistance. Healthcare should be accessible, respectful, and inclusive. I strongly urge this facility to hire bilingual staff and provide better training to ensure that Spanish-speaking patients and their families receive the same level of care and respect as everyone else!!!!

Excellent staff both Doctor Seigal and the nursing staff. One HUGE negative if you have to contact the office good luck!! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The only way to talk to them is to drive down there. Five stars on Doctor and staff!

It was a positive experience from beginning to end, as it usually is at this facility. And I was told I'm doing quite well so that's always a plus so overall it was a positive visit. The staff is very good at their jobs and reflect very well on the office, I have a great deal of confidence in Jason and the advice that he gives me for my well being.
