Dr. Gastwirth graduated from New York Medical College. She completed her residency and served as Chief Resident at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. Her Cardiology Fellowship was completed at Mayo Clinic in Arizona.

I have been seeing Dr. Gaswirth for 6+ years. She is a pleasant and knowledgeable specialist. She has been treating me for several CV issues. I highly recommend Dr. Gaswirth if you are seeking a knowledgeable and thorough cardiologist and a peasant and caring physician.

Dr. Gartwirth is competent but she's has too many patients. Live in a small town & traveled like 300 miles to see her based on reviews. Her typical time with me was less than 5 mins(saw her 4 times) Had an emergency & literally could not contact her during business hours. Her phone number would literally go to a as I recall a 'Century Link@' automated answering service. Also her firm uses antiquated equipment for echocardiograms& Holter monitor. Waste of money doing tests Strongly suggest folks find someone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND
