Dr. Nicholas T. Tselikis, MD

I understand the challenges of both doctors and patients in today's healthcare environment, finding a competent healthcare provider isn't easy but you do expect those professionals to have some respect for their patients. What we experienced today (09/12/2025) was anything but respectful, my appointment was for 11:10am, this was my visit first with Dr. Tselikis after a referral from my primary care physician. I received several text messages prior to my visit reminding me of my appointment, to be on time and that there was a penalty for "no shows". Out of respect we arrived 15 minutes early and completed the required paperwork, at no time did the receptionist inform me the doctor was behind schedule. After waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time I inquired about the delay and was informed "the doctor is running late and it could be another 45 minutes before I would be seen, we departed and I have asked my primary care physician to refer me to someone who respects a patients time. In my opinion it's unacceptable, disrespectful & unprofessional to treat patients this way. Unless you have a lot of time to waste don't waste your time on him.

He has been my Cardiologist for 6 yrs. Excellent care! He takes time to talk and doesn't rush me. I've had a pacemaker & difibulator put in. Great care before and after surgery! Awesome bedside manner !

Dr. Tselikis has been caring for my husband for 24 years, and we can't imagine going to anyone else. He's knowledgeable, caring and down to earth. He knows my husband's history, pays attention to his medications and conducts necessary tests as needed. We trust him implicitly. It's a busy office, and yes, you may have a long wait, especially later in the day. But he'll spend time with you once you're with him.

Dr. Tselikis Came to see me while in the ICU for a Heart condition and did not even take the time to open the Chart and Medical records to see the case, and didn't even follow up and put his findings or recomendations in the patient Chart. He left me waiting all day, and in 30 seconds he would have seen in the chart that i needed a Pacemaker. For me, he is the most incopetent and irresponsible Dr in Vegas.

Dr. Tselikis is one of a kind very kind and caring. He gets to know you, keeps track of your progress and follows up. He provides the best service ever goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes the time to find out what's really wrong. I feel so comfortable with him and feel that my health is in very good hands. He is just so amazing!
