I recently had an appointment with Dr. Manish Gupta on August 29, 2024, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Dr. Gupta is truly outstanding, and here's why:
Comprehensive Care:
Dr. Gupta not only addressed my heart-related concerns but also provided a holistic approach to my health. He went above and beyond by:
- Teaching breathing exercises
- Sharing calming and mindset techniques
- Offering anti-inflammatory recipes
Attentive and Caring:
What sets Dr. Gupta apart is his ability to truly listen. He paid close attention to my concerns and made me feel heard and understood throughout the appointment.
Expertise and Passion:
Dr. Gupta's knowledge in cardiology is evident, but what's truly remarkable is his commitment and passion for patient care. His approach combines medical expertise with genuine care for overall well-being.
Best Doctor in Las Vegas:
In my 10 years of living in Las Vegas, I've seen quite a few doctors. Dr. Gupta stands out as the best I've encountered, not just here but in my entire life from California, Hawaii, Arizona and Las Vegas.
Amazing Team:
The excellence doesn't stop with Dr. Gupta. His entire team, from the front office staff to the checkout team, is equally amazing. They contribute to a seamless and positive experience.
Blessing to the Community
Dr. Gupta and his team are a true blessing to the community. May they always be blessed for the outstanding care and service they provide.

★★★
The doctor should have 5 stars, 3 stars because of his crew.
Dr. Gupta is an excellent cardiologist. My mom and I are all his patients. I almost recommended him to each friends of us who needs see a cardiologist.
When he's at the old Arby location, most of his crew were professional and listened to us, but since he moved to new Fort Apache location, I didn't see any familiar staff at all. Then I figured out that the billing department is the worst.
When I came back to see Dr. Gupta this year, I updated my new address on member portal which they sent to me before my appointment and also asked the front desk staff to update, they took copy of my ID and insurance card as well.
Then they told me that I have balance from the DOS in 2019 and 2020 which they had never billed me before. I had set up all the letters to the old address will route to my new address. However, my address was never updated in their system. Anyway, I tried to leave notes and called billing department couple times, but when they finally had someone called me back, the person was very rude and not professional at all. She didn't know or understand how does insurance company pay for the claims. I could tell, before she called me, she didn't even know what's my situation. She didn't have willingness helping me to clear the confusion or resolve the issue, but she just tried to find excuses all the time.
It turned out ugly from the staff of the billing department. She hung up on me when I was trying to explain the situation. Their billing system messed up, they put the payments that I made in 2021 and this year to the balance of 2020, then the bill showed I didn't pay for those days. It doesn't make any sense, and it cost much more confusion.
EOB shows if I have responsibility for each DOS, but the staff from the billing department didn't get it, she's saying doctor needs get paid. I totally understand, however, doctor won't get paid of the whole bill amount, there's a contract discount amount and allowed amount, after my insurance paid, why don't you bill me or send me bills earlier? I've changed jobs and insurance couple times, how could I track those claims 3 or 4 years ago? If I have questions about the amount of member responsibilities, I could not appeal, cuz it's out of the appeal time frame. You caused my a lot issues, and I have to spend a lot time to dig the billing issues, it's not acceptable! I can't or won't pay for your mistake.
You must fix the bill issue and list the DOS that I already made payments.
