Good doctor, excellent surgeon .. office staff is awful. Nothing is ever done without extra follow up. They forget to process Rx after you visit doctor , then you call, then they lose it again. Appointments are messy - administrative mess - need a test, call 3 times. They don't answer phones , goes to voicemail. Not returned. No print out of drugs as promised after appointment. The list goes on. So hope they will fix - my dad likes the doctor- he left healthcare partners, started own office... maybe it will improve but it's been a year+

Dr Nurila is a great doctor my husband is in good hand but the staff and medical assistant are awful nothing ever was done they don't call RX they don't help wow they totally need to reorganize that office or they will loose patients
