Dr. Caraang helped my wife when she had a blockage to her heart. He listened to her concerns and helped her decide on an alternative to open heart surgery. He is the best!

I had an irregular heartbeat (afib). I went to him in early October. He seemed disinterested in my health. Gave me medication and said see you in June. Had an echocardiogram and the technician seemed more concerned with my condition than dr. Caraang. Went to another cardiologist in early November. Within 3 weeks I had a cardioversion and my heart shocked back to normal. But this joker wanted me to wait until JUNE!

I like Dr Caraang a lot. He has a very good bedside manor. And he takes time to answer my questions. So, on that point I would give him 5 stars. I am giving 3 stars because his nurse/assistant does not return my calls when I call in. She does not seem to understand my questions when I do speak with her. Today is late Wednesday afternoon and I need a refill for my prescription, I called Monday, left a message and I called early this morning, still no call back. I wonder if Dr. Caraang is aware of this. And of course when I call and ask to speak directly to the Dr he never calls me back.
