They are spammers!!! They will go on everything for new customers. Even intimidating a pregnant woman. Somehow they got my information from other source and sent me the letter saying lies about my unborn baby has heart problems! What is wrong with you people!?
I don't understand the hateful reviews??? I've never had anything but amazing experiences with the staff and the drs here at children's heart center and I've been go there with my son for 8 years... I've never had a wait time more than maybe 10 minutes MAX and have never encountered a rude or unpleasant staff member. Children's heart center and dr acharman saved my son's life also... so I'd say 5 stars.
Horrible X 2, Foolishly I gave them a second chance. Second appointment was 8 days after I had a CT scan of my neck. He claimed they did not yet have the results. Much more likely that he was too lazy to look them up. He was 90 minutes late. His excuse for this was that some patients take more time. I said you talk a mile a minute, you plan on being out of here in 3 minutes. Both doctors said I should take an aspirin, I replied that all the latest research disputes that. ALL they care about is padding their bank accounts. For absolutely no reason stated two days later I got a call from the staff saying he was ordering a nuclear stress test. Las Vegas has to demand better. The care is pathetic.
I'm a disabled veteran, the VA referred me to the heart center. I provided my stress test to them, which the doctor never looked at it. When I came in to get my results for my echo heart examine, I asked Dr. Taylor did he look at my results of my stress test, he said he didn't receive it. When he asked the girls in the office, if they had it, they gave it to him, but Doctor never looked at it. I been going in circles trying to get a CTA of the coronary for weeks. Very unprofessional office not on top of individual's healthcare, and they deserve this 1 star.
I love Dr Zafar but 2 days in a row I was on hold over 20 minutes and never spoke to anyone regarding getting an appointment or being able to discuss an issue. This is just ridiculous!
