This office only is interested in your co pay or monies. The staff can be seen goofing off from anywhere in the waiting room and is the rudest group of people. Dr. Chowdhry (female) came in, didn't review the test results I brought her and started ordering tests without getting any background as to why I was there. When she did look at the tests, she zeroed in on one results without accessing the other results, she then left the room without telling me what the plan was and in came some technician with sticky notes on her fingers telling me I needed to check with my insurance to see what they would pay for as the medication was expensive. When I told her if its that expensive then I can't do it as I am on a fixed income. She got nasty with me and I asked her what were my other options and she snarled " she didn't know, she wasn't the doctor!". I asked her where the doctor was and she said she didn't know but would find her and left the room. Never saw her again, Then I heard the front desk comment that they had my results from my primary doctor office and made some snide comments. At that point I had lost all confidence that this was a reputable office and exited the room stating that I wouldn't be using their services and then left the building. They also took an ekg on me but never told me the results. It was done by a male technician but no female technician was present. I don't believe that this was appropriate but I did let him perform the test. Two weeks after I had left and after I filed a complaint review to their Health Care group main office, I received a phone call from Dr Chowdhry nurse telling me that they reviewed my blood work that I had brought into them that day and the Dr wanted me to step up my medicine to address the issue. I told her that I wasn't using their services and how tacky it was of them to treat me badly then call as if nothing happened and as if the Dr had even diagnosed me . Just a note I went in with chest pain and these people never addressed it. RUN away from this office, They will not help you, just bill your insurance a phenomenal amount of money for nothing. They and Dr Chowdhry deserve a minus rating period.

I am a 47 year old man with a heart problem for a long time and as soon as i had my medical coverage i went to these guys. I ended up with a lady doctor Shaheen Chowdery ( i might misspell her name since i threw away all her business cards). After her interview she decided to make two important tests done. Angiogram and stress tests. For those who don't know Angiogram is performed under anesthetic, a dye is injected to the arteries to see the blockage and other problems in arteries, takes about 30 minutes. I went to Summerlin Hospital on the 27th of july this year (2012) for my angiogram. I walk up from a terrible pain, in shock and when i said what's going on the nurse told me that doctor Nguyen is performing an angioplasty (a surgery) and two stents are being placed in my right leg arteries to open a blockage. It took them about 4 hours to get done with me. I asked doctor Nguyen that something went wrong and i was there fore a test not a painfull surgery he said he did me a favor, that i needed the surgery anyway. Then he said that i need to return for more stents. I went to my doctor (after staying in bed for two weeks)and tried to get an explenation of some sort. She said that they wanted to tell me that their going to perform a surgery but i was very sleepy and they decided to do it anyway. Can you believe an educated women a doctor thinks i'm an idiot. Is there any other explanation. I did not insulted her, not even a word. I left. I was very upset but all i could do is walk away.I was upset for not being informed, prepared and given other options like bypass. Well friends you tell me how professional are this doctors. She should be ashamed of herself. When you visit their webpage you see that they received all the available awards and the only thing is missing is a silver star. So you tell me my friends. Me, i'm really concerned about my future dealings with doctors and hospitals. Thank you
