When my longtime cardiologist retired, I needed a new one I could trust. My previous doctor was a personal friend and had seen me through many years of heart issues. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Fonte. He's one of the few who haven't sold out to giant corporations. For the past four years I've seen how professional everyone in the office is. Some have been with him for more than 20 years. He is caring, compassionate, and extremely competent.

I've been a patient of Dr. Fonte for over 30 yrs. I wouldn't entrust.my cardiac care with anyone else. His staff are an awesome group of people too.

When a doctor walks in the room, glances at your paperwork and say's : There's nothing I can do for you because I don't have your medical records and walks out in less than 5 minutes, it hurts. I didn't mind the wait time, I didn't mind being a test subject for the staff member learning how to do a EKG on me before Dr. Carlos Fonte entered the room. It's hard to put into words the disbelief I felt. I went to the window and asked the staff, politely, what was going on. I was met with silence as she handed me a paper for a Nuclear Stress Test and told me I was free to leave. Needless to say, I canceled the test but I did receive a bill for $15.28

Fonte has been my cardiologist for 10 years. He's terrific.
