Patient
I was scheduled for a phone appt. at 4:45pm. I called at 5:03pm and the answering service said apparently the appt. was not going to happen as they're closed for the day, as the phones were forwarded.The Dr. just called at 5:37pm, no apology for being almost an hour late without a heads up. He said he devotes so much time with his patients, and if I don't appreciate that, I'm welcome to see another Cardiologist. I said that's exactly what I plan to do. If a patient did that, we would be turned away, and charged for a missed appt. He is so stuck on himself and very arrogant.
